A Global Leadership Series
Generations to come will scarce believe that such a one as this ever in flesh and blood walked upon this earth.
— Albert Einstein, on Mahatma Gandhi
an inspired video series from global leaders
The Mission
Barack Obama. Nelson Mandela. Muhammad Yunus. Paul Polman. Bill Drayton. Martin Luther King. A few of the most consequential leaders of our age — and every one of them was deeply inspired by Gandhi.
Our own children admire the Elon Musks and Bill Gates of the world, who are brilliant role models. But the Muhammad Yunuses and Rosa Parks — those who offer a different kind of greatness — inspire the current generation less.
In Search of Greatness is a public service initiative. Our focus is on Gandhi's leadership — not his politics, nor his being a Mahatma. The goal is to unlock the greatness within the next generation of leaders by sharing uplifting stories from recognised figures across the world.
Time Magazine proffered upon Gandhi and Einstein the joint place as the Man of the Century — two individuals who transformed our understanding of what is possible. One through physics. One through the sheer force of being.TIME Magazine — Man of the Century

The Series
Each episode is a free-flowing conversation — not a formal interview. Leaders speak of their own Gandhi moment, the principles that shaped them, and what they would offer the next generation.
Share Your Story
In Search of Greatness is not a formal interview programme. It is a conversation — free-flowing, personal, and without a script. We ask about your leadership, your life story, and how the principles Gandhi embodied may have shaped who you are today.
Each conversation takes approximately fifteen minutes, conducted in person where possible. Videos are shared freely as a public service — so that others, especially young people in their own search of greatness, may be inspired.
If you are a recognised leader — in business, government, social enterprise, science, or the arts — and believe your story may inspire others, we would be honoured to speak with you.
Leadership by example is the most powerful form of leadership — and no one demonstrated it more completely than Mahatma Gandhi. He fed himself like the poorest Indian. He clothed himself like the poorest Indian. And so people said: if what he is doing is good for him, it must be good for us too.— N R Narayana Murthy, Co-Founder, Infosys
Tell us a little about yourself and we will be in touch personally to arrange a conversation.
We review every submission personally. There is no fee to participate. In Search of Greatness is a public service initiative.
